This Happy Birthday garland is made from paper featuring my Dot pattern in colour palette Celia – pinks, yellow, orange, red and green – then covered in clear plastic. The pattern is on one side only.
It has alternate yellow letters, additional flowers and is threaded on 2.5 metres of cream satin ribbon.
